2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type, purpose and their use

a. When visiting the website

If you use the website https://www.designforfeeding.com/ for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. Our website is not hosted by us, but by a service provider who processes the aforementioned data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR for the purpose of providing the website.

  • the transfer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter f of GDPR is necessary to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data prevail, in particular if it is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not passing on your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on the data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter c of GDPR, and
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR.

6. Google – Web Fonts

  • to request the immediate rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
